Our 7yo should get the vaccine. Went for 7yo's physical this week. Of course my doctor of 25 years also recommended the vaccine, before I told him I'd had it already. He said "Good".
As for it being experimental...427 million shots have been given in the US. 7.2 billion worldwide.
Honestly, I'm more worried about the pills they're developing right now than the vaccines.
