That’s easy. Brownell has three mid-major conference tourney titles and multiple mid major regular season champs-might need to change that stat line unless you mean major conference tourney champs. His career record was around .568 entering this season. Ranked in final top 25 twice in 32 seasons…I been screaming fire him for over ten years. Last season bought him more time. Most of that is up. One more season like this and it’s time to find the next Will Wade.

that has been at a school for 15 years and didn't really have anything to show for it hardware wise. I took this to mean other schools must move on if a coach isn't producing. This list includes some midmajors hence lack of NCAA tournament success

Coach Brownell has had a similar career that Fran McCaffery had at Iowa. He was there 15 years but never won the BIG or Final 4 or even Elite 8 for that matter, but did get to 7 NCAATs, but Iowa had better history than Clemson. But just two straight off years he was sent packing. At least I think in today's age you start losing two straight years that might be it now.
