To your point, I think the frustration is more with Dabo for sticking with DJ when it was obvious to everyone but him that Cade was the guy.

Most of the ire is directed at Dabo, not so much DJ.
The switch really should have been made after Syracuse... but yeah let's go win this game first.

I mean, I blame Streeter and Dabo because they are poison to QBs' development and I think they ruined DJ. But DJ is a big boy. He's a millionaire professional athlete, not a middle schooler. I would say he could take some criticism, though we know he's a headcase and can't, so really I just think if he wants to make money playing football, he needs to be able to take the criticism.

Agree. I don’t believe for one second DJ wanted to fail or didn’t try his best, but sometimes it’s just doesn’t work not matter how much we want it too.

In cases like this the adult coaches need to make the proper evaluation and do what’s best for the team.
