I thought since last year he has been our best LB but was third string due to sSpector being a senior and Venables being… well Venables. Thoughts?

Well Skalski prooved tonight he is still the most valuable linebacker. He probably isn’t the athlete the Bentley but he knows what’s coming a lot of the time and finds the ball carrier. Spector was a beast last year. He seems to have taken a step back for some reason. Not sure what the love is for Venables. Not a fan of his. Simpsons plays that hybrid role. He’s definitely not better than Simpson. Either way Bentley has come on for sure. I’m sure it was always upstairs.

after saw him vs VIrginia Tech. No offense to Spector, I just think Bentley is better a option.

Bentley to has always been around the ball and is definitely our hardest hitter. But all this want matter this year if the offense doesn’t get going!!

Sorreh, not commenting on the defense at all. The offense is where all our concerns should be focused.

Agreed, but many of us Bentley fans are excited that he's getting to play and making some plays.
