I was in the jungles of northern Guatemala several years ago. I heard the locals speaking excitedly about hog wire. The light bulb went off after a bit. Never got to see one of those gorgeous creatures, but heard one. Sounds like a deep cough. I made an executive decision to whiz in my empty Gatorade bottle rather than go out of the hut that night to become a meal for the hog wire.
