Texas has had everything handed to them and had every “neutral site” game played in Dallas or Houston forever. They had their own TV network for crying out loud lol. It’s about time their conference doesn’t bend the knee to Texas and give them whatever they want… they just do that to Alabama and Georgia instead

Feel bad for Texas? Um, no never! That school has every resource advantage out there. $$$, amazing recruiting footprint, huge alumni and fanbase that loves football, media darlings, no state income tax (hello paid players). If you can dream up a resource advantage they probably have it. The fact they haven’t won more championships reeks of incompetence and internal discord. That’s the only thing holding them down. UGA, as big and bad as they are, is a gnat compared to the monster that is Texas.

Atlanta is as central a location as you can get in the South. The SECCG has been there forever. The only problem is they need at least 105,000 to 110,000 seats for the SECCG game and, yet, that wouldn't be enough. Even though there's quite a few large stadiums in the South none is large enough for the ticket demand each year for that game. I guess Atlanta, with its location, is as good as we can get.
