Just messing around --- NCAA is dead

With all the problems the NCAA has (and made), it's just a matter of time before they are eliminated and another type of governing body will be put in place by the Leagues. Why not just blow it all up and start over with a focus on putting conferences together differently? Here's an option with 4 conferences of 16 teams to compete with 2 divisions each and an 8 team playoff. I'm not going to elaborate on how they are split up in divisions or how those 8 teams are decided.

it up" amd realign everything. Their conference has by far the biggest TV gravy train, hype, etc. And by now, it has pretty much become a self fulfilling prophesy. Each season starts with the default being that the Natty is Alabama's to lose. Florida almost took some of that belief away yesterday, but in the end, once again, Bama and Lil' Nicky prevailed.

Makes sense especially if they did it Premier League style with the bottom finishers of the top 4 conferences moving down to the Leftovers while the top finishers of the Leftovers move up.
