Played football where a Catholic middle school lol, stuff like that happens all the time during a pile/scrum, eye gouging, twisting limbs and fingers, nut shots, it’s to get inside your opponent’s head. No different then a DB taking a WRs head off trying to go over the middle. They’ll remember it every time they lineup. Key is not to get caught.
