it was all about UNC and him / his son on tv deals. He was a total disgrace. Why the conf Presidents ever stod for it is beyond belief

Holes in GOR

I am hopeful the GOR will have as many holes in it as you would expect from a Swofford contract. In that case, there should be a conference out for Clemson due to gross negligence. That said, who signed the GOR as an agent of Clemson?

I'd be willing to go out on a limb and state that no college Prez./AD held a gun to his head and made him implement the GOR and ESPN tv contract. In fact, nothing he did contract wise could be done w/o College Prez./AD approval.

I have no use for Swofford. He should have been fired years ago, but when it comes to ACC football, you have a bunch of either weak or incompetent AD's and Presidents. Want to lay the blame at someone's feet, blame them. And because of them, the ACC is going to be no better than the Sun Belt conference when the smoke clears from expansion and the two super conferences dominate college sports, especially football. And the NCAA is toast.
