Skeeta has already noted that there are three Tigers in the field at the American Express this week (Lucas, Doc and JByrd). Also in the field is du Preez, a 6’9”” South African, who led the Sunshine Tour last year with an average distance off the tee of 373 yards. All of his metrics (club head speed, ball speed, etc) exceed those of DeChambeau. He can be found in a few clips on utube, and I hope he gets some airtime this week.

Thanks. Definitely going to have to follow him. Wow. 6.9 - has to be close, If not the tallest on the tour all time.

About half of the articles say 6’10 and the others say 6’9”.
