Fiber that it takes to compete in the vaunted SEC. Terrible situation, but a run of the mill/ suspend for 4 games , normal league incident.

They still talk about Sammy's arrest and suspension, but they don't talk about this, or the guys kicked off of Alabama's team last year for assault.

so dabo should be held responsible, or his reputation, if our recruits get in trouble? I think franklin has done a good job at vandy and will soon get a high profile job at a more football oriented school. but he seems to like it at vandy. I know the terrapins are sure not happy they didn't give the job to him when they had the chance. he was the hc in waiting when they dumped ralph friegen.

It's the refusal to deal with misdeeds ... and I think we can all insert coaches and schools there ... that diminishes the moral quality of a program.

No kidding. The players were dismissed from the team almost immediately, indicted and arrested or about to be. Additionally, their names have been printed in the national media as well as the facts surrounding the incident. Hardly a coverup or slam to Vanderbilt University, their coach or the SEC. The only stock that falls is for the poster who is just looking to be critical of anything SEC. This is becoming a very jealous/envious fan base. Slam away!
