they have 12 sec teams in the tournament right now and 3 from the acc...
How absurd is this? 3 teams from histrionically the best basketball conference in America.
They have been doing this for the last few years and EVERY year ACC teams makes runs to the eleite 8/4 NC.
I hate how big money has controlled all sports now.

They should be covering games and reporting sports. Instead they have a clear agenda to promote one league SEC over an other ACC. We really need to move away from these guys at the first opportunity.

I did a long time ago. Sports Center used to be what I watched while waking up and drinking coffee. I don’t watch their programming unless it’s a game I must see. I tend to put it on mute or picture split where I can’t hear their lies. I also pulled my Disney plus sub a couple years ago. That’s why they’re going after women viewers with all these wimmens sports. Viewership is down.

Well I think what he's getting at, is that even in the ACCs best years, we never got that many teams in. And the ACC back then was miles ahead of this year's SEC. ACC teams actually got PUNISHED for losing to each other

I mean the acc got carried along time by UNC and Duke. Almost like Bama and UGA carrying the SEC in football. Every now and then someone like GT would have a good squad.

Who the ACC was 10+ years ago is irrelevant. Who the SEC was 10+ years ago is irrelevant. Who they are this year is what matters and the ACC is awful while the SEC is arguably having the best single season conference performance in college basketball history thus far.

The ACC-SEC was landslide win 14-2 for SEC. Only Duke, Tigers, and Ville might be able to do well in that Conference.

The ACC hasn’t been the best conference in college basketball based on NET/RPI ranking since 2016-17 and has been 4th or 5th overall every year since 2019-2020. If you go by Sports References SRS, the ACC stopped being the best overall conference in the mid-2000s after a 35 year reign as the best overall conference. A stunning fall from grace. There is no reason for that history to be reflected in any current polls / projections.
