So the ACC has a chance of two teams? If Boise St loses to UNLV, SMU could drop to 11 with Bama up to 10. UGA could have 3 losses but they’ll stay in the top 8.

It is about money after all.

They aren't rigging it for anyone. The players will be going all out and we will see what happens. That's what will decide it. Things like turnovers and making plays.
