It's bad it's real bad and when they have to resort to make up calls you know it's bad.ACC refs are the worlds worst when it comes to ticky tack fouls.You barely touch and they will stupidly call it and the crazy thing is they call more ticky tack fouls than they do fouls where a players gets mauled just like what occurs when PJ Hall is under the basket.It's a sad state of affairs and doubt it will ever get any better.

A 3 second call and a palming violation against Clemson yesterday. Would pretty much bet that combo hasn’t been called against another team all year

A tradition of bad officiating in the ACC continues.

In 1998 acc officials made a point of showing Rick Barnes what they could do at chapel hill. With 1:10 remaining in the game, Clemson was down to 4 players due to fouls. Despite the acc record 41 fouls called on Clemson, they only lost 88-79. Now think about the fact that old dean had his players not going to class during this time too. They earned the name UNCheat.

Pick a sport. Our officiating is inconsistent at best. Given a choice I’d take SEC officials in an ACC/SEC football game. They may be homers, but they consistent.

ACC officials seem to want to prove their not homers to a point, they suck.
