Tell us where you got them. Please...grandma needs to know. Hers are worthless. And, she's driving the rest of us crazy!
Recommendations appreciated.

I don't live in that area, but I got mine at Sam's. Thee customer service has been great, AND, if I am ever on vacation and have a problem, I can go to any Sam's hearing center and get things straight.

I got mine at Costco in Spartanburg. They have been very good and are reasonably priced and good service.

I support all the Costco recommendations. The hearing aids they sell are as good as any on the market and cost way less than most other places I have investigated. The current generation of high quality hearing aids are immensely superior to those that could be purchased 15 years ago.
I feel great about the $1500/pair aids I use. I love it that the phone app makes the hearing aids so easy to set, adjust and so forth. I love it that when my phone rings my aids are connected via bluetooth, the sound is immediately in my ear and the microphone on the aids are perfect. I also enjoy listening to books, podcasts and so forth via my hearing aids.
BUT, I think the needs of most 90 year olds are simpler than mine. If my Mom needed simply easy, effective devices so that she could simply hear conversations, the radio and TV, I might want her to try the much less expensive varieties that are widely available for only a couple of hundred dollars.

I've had Kirklands from Costco for years, and I've been very pleased with them.
