They want to:

2. Let big pharma gouge on prices

3. Let big hospitals and insurance companies gouge citizens

4. Cut social security

5. Cut taxes for every large corporation or billionaire

6. Anti-labor, union on every policy

How is any of this helping the working person or the bottom 95%?

Their only platform is to sell the religious people on conservative judges and social issues while letting the mega-rich turn us into a developing country.

Finally, inflation is worldwide issue, not only in the US.

Hopefully now that the fat orange clown is out of the way Republicans can get back to having a real political party focused on job creation and fiscal responsibility and not focused on social issues.

Why would anybody in government care who sleeps with who, who uses which bathroom, etc. Let the people live their lives the way they want and let’s get back to business.

Although I'm not a Republican supporter, the Republicans are sometimes better because they don't get in the way of productive businesses and citizens. They also listen to businesses. There's a reason why the states with the highest economic growth are red states, not blue states.
Also, our current inflation is being driven by Covid-era shortages and high energy prices, which are linked to Biden policies.

Republicans also:
- Support cheap energy. High energy prices disproportionally hurt the poor.
- Support removing the red tape which hurts businesses, especially small businesses
This alone makes them better for the average Joe.

Both parties are bad in their support for the military industrial intelligence complex.
Traditional liberals have also abandoned their principles since they no longer support free speech and are staunch supporters of the military and intelligence agencies.
Referring to how quickly Democrats have abandoned their long-held principles, Joe Dore (a liberal) often says, "You don't change the Democratic Party, the Democratic Party changes you!"

You say republicans support cheap energy?

Do do you want to guess which forms of energy are the cheapest which forms of energy are the most expensive?

The facts do not fit the Fox News narrative, but the facts are wind, solar and hydroelectric electric are the cheapest forms of energy.

Natural gas used to be cheap, but that’s not cheap anymore. Coal is flat out expensive without considering long-term health costs. Once you consider long-term health costs it is off the charts.

There are quite a few more things to consider when discussing pros and cons of fossil fuels and renewables but to make the blanket statement that Republicans support cheap energy is nothing more than a simplistic component of GOP con job.

Critical thinking gets in the way of critical thinking. We are supposed to pay taxes to go back into our infrastructure yet we give all these other countries billions to relieve their economies. Your inflation is due to all the back pay from stimulus checks that should have never went out.

When you print money with no gold to back it up to hand it out , that causes U.S inflation. Again, other countries are not my concern.

Also inflation is slowing down . Raising interest rates seem to be working. The president does not control this process.
Biden is a very empathetic man. He does care about public education, climate change, higher pay for the average worker. He passed a huge bipartisan bill for infrastructure. He definitely would never try to overturn an election.

President Biden has accomplished a lot despite Republican obstruction. This infographic highlights some of his biggest achievements.

$1.2 trillion for infrastructure
Drastically reduced COVID cases
Created 10 million new jobs
Strengthened NATO to fight Russian invasion of Ukraine
Appointed 73 Federal judges
Passed gun safety bill
Gets American troops out of Afghanistan
Expands access to affordable healthcare
Lowers gas prices after Russian invasion of Ukraine
Invests to fight climate change
Fights for Dreamers and DACA program
Ends Muslim travel ban

Let me tackle just a few of those.

- Created 10 million new jobs
This is a bit of joke in financial circles -- This rise was due to the return of some of the jobs that were eliminated due to COVID restrictions, particularly in blue states. There was nowhere to go but up.
- Lowers gas prices after Russian invasion
Everyone knows that gas prices are higher because of Biden's policies, and he has pledged to shut down the fossil fuel industry ... even though renewables still cannot fill the gap.
- Invests to fight climate change
The climate change industry itself, with its paid-for findings, has a credibility problem. The models don't work, and the results are cherry-picked. The real problem with the climate change zealots is the unintended consequences of their policies -- turning our focus away from true environmental pollutants and contaminants (because CO2 is such a danger!) and pushing us towards nuclear power (because renewables cannot meet our current needs).
- Ends Muslim travel ban
This is a lie. Trump banned travelers from certain countries, not religions. Other countries around the world did the same.

Maybe you should also brag about his high social security increase -- the official White House twitter account posted that -- but that was only because it was tied to INFLATION.

and dont forget the microchip bill. Will help solve the supply line problems, which is the main culprit in causing our current inflation. You cant just start up a post pandemic economy and expect supply to suddenly meet demand. But to your point, Biden has passed more sweeping legislation in two years than any other President has in a full term since probably Lyndon Johnson.

1. What infrastructure? If you mean Ukrainian infrastructure then yes!
2. He didn’t reduce anything Covid related.
3. 10 million new jobs? You mean the ones that NO ONE is returning to 2 years after a pandemic shutdown?

4. Strengthening nato to counter attack Russian invasion? You mean paying literal tons of taxpayers money to stop an invasion in a country thousands of miles away when we have millions of illegals invading and spreading fentanyl everywhere. FYI we will lose more Americans with fentanyl than we will with a war in Ukraine.

5. You mean 73 more federal judges to release individuals with “federal” minor marijuana charges? (One of the biggest lie Biden has said to this date behind student forgiveness and his claimed unknowing of Hunters Ukrainian gas company kickbacks)

6. A gun safety bill that only law abiding citizens have to adhere to? FYI criminals don’t GAF about bills!

7. He didn’t get American soldiers out of Afghanistan, they were overrun by terrorist organizations and had to emergency evacuate.

8. Affordable healthcare? You mean affordable as in Americans going to the local pharmacy and paying out way more than any country in the world for prescription medications? FYI- he’s been in political power for over 40 years and this hasn’t changed one bit bro!

9. Lower gas prices after the invasion? Ask any democrat if he had a hand in influencing gas prices when it went up and they will laugh and say the president doesn’t control gas prices, but when it goes down he is the savior to us all? Seriously GTFO!

10. Invest to fight climate change when vowing to shut down fossil fuel ( which played a huge part in your gas price hike fella)!

11. No one is saying they don’t want dreamers in the U.S, we are saying take care of Americans first before you let others flood into a country that can’t take care of them. Currently we have 550,000 U.S citizens without food/homes and you, AND Biden haven’t mentioned one word about them in his 2 years of presidency. So there is that!

The problem is that those in charge always seem to be caught blind-sided by each economic crisis.

When the financial crisis of 2008 hit, then Treasury Secretary Larry Summers admitted that the crisis caught everyone there by surprise, "No one predicted this," he said repeatedly on TV.
No one in the Biden government expected inflation ... They called it "transitory" until only recently.
No one in the Biden government expected that cutting down fossil fuel production would result in an energy crisis.

And so, it's probably a good thing that most of us laypeople don't listen or trust these "economic experts".

The first point may be true but in context it was not totally unexpected:

2007

August: President Bush emphatically calls on Congress to pass a reform package for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, saying "first things first when it comes to those two institutions. Congress needs to get them reformed, get them streamlined, get them focused, and then I will consider other options." (President George W. Bush, Press Conference, the White House, 8/9/07)

August: Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Chairman Christopher Dodd ignores the President's warnings and calls on him to "immediately reconsider his ill-advised" position. (Eric Dash, "Fannie Mae's Offer To Help Ease Credit Squeeze Is Rejected, As Critics Complain Of Opportunism," The New York Times, 8/11/07)

December: President Bush again warns Congress of the need to pass legislation reforming GSEs, saying "These institutions provide liquidity in the mortgage market that benefits millions of homeowners, and it is vital they operate safely and operate soundly. So I've called on Congress to pass legislation that strengthens independent regulation of the GSEs – and ensures they focus on their important housing mission. The GSE reform bill passed by the House earlier this year is a good start. But the Senate has not acted. And the United States Senate needs to pass this legislation soon." (President George W. Bush, Discusses Housing, the White House, 12/6/07)

America is lost, its a decaying culture, classic case of an empire that is on the front end of the downward slope. Its too slow of a process for the vast majority of people to care about, they will vote on and care about issues that 1) benefit them directly(regardelss of impact on society) and 2) benefit them immeidately (regardless of long term consequences), we also are crippled by all the woke/PC crap (example, immigration no longer an orderly process, everyone a "migrant" instead of an illegal).

Its sad whats happening but to be expected. When you start to operate more like a straight Democracy this is the result (and the founders knew it, hence why they set up a constitional republic form of democracy).

Its all over, just a matter of speed of decline.
