Yes, I was in Georgia before many of you youngsters were born to see a Clemson FG of 60 yds to beat Dawgs in Sanford Stadium..

But after seeing 5 or 6 FG blocked this year giving Clemson the #1 worse FG team ranking in nation..

Seeing that 56 yard ball barely drop over the goal post vs SMU was ecstatic to say the least and we Clemson fans in the stadium exploded in joy for minutes.

Here’s the Tiger that did it and capped the ACCCG victory.

Oh, believe we owe Dabo’s youngest Son a thank you for his part gathering the ball in, teeing it up properly for total success.

And, never seen a team & HC get out on the field so fast to celebrate the huge win. Great fun & win!!

I felt we had gone cold and they were ramped up and if we went to overtime they would win. They had all the momentum. Being a fan over 60 years I don’t know I’ve ever seen such a wonderful moment. With our offense locked down nearly all of the second half how in 16 seconds do you go from the endzone and hit a 56 yard FG. It was for sure a Frank Howard miracle.
