And perhaps all the same person, are actually ok with making the NCAAT 23% of the time. That is astonishing. The goal of competition is to win. If not, maybe we should go to a club level sport and save some money. Thankfully it is only about 3 of you. Even reasonable people who support Brad wouldn’t argue that is success. There is really something broken in you. Guessing you can’t be great in a work environment or at home either. I’m actually sad for you now. Brad might benefit from a sports psychologist. You may benefit from a motivational speaker before you end up living in a van down by the river.

or turn the keys over to the gymnastics team..... or take the money for the $40M basketball whatever building and make a ice hockey rink. Might recruit some players that want to get out of cold country and play some hockey in the south. LOL

Yeah, I got downvoted earlier for recommending FAU’s coach. Not sure how you could support Brownell at this point.

I realize it’s hard for you to understand but I will take a shot. Thinking FAUs coach is not a good candidate has nothing to do with supporting CBB. He has far too little experience to jump to a P5 job based on one year of success. Like baseball, we need to find someone who has actually been successful at high level for more than one year. Grabbing a coach because the planets lined up one year is a recipe for disaster

Nobody says that's good.
To me, I don't put a whole lot of stock on a season like brownell had in year 2.
He had his first freshman class, 0 Sophs, and a bunch of mediocre leftovers from Purnell. Brian narcisse was in the starting lineup. Baciu was our back up center. Our team this year talent wise was significantly better than that team.
When looking at results and what I want in a coach, i am more so looking at the last 5-6 years and the trajectory of the program. Our performance the last 6 years is significantly better than the first 6 years. When I look at our last 6 years, we have had 2 tourney teams, and 2 teams that were on the bubble. Last year we were 1 win away from the tourney, and I think we should have gotten in. Again, his best ever recruit will be a senior next year and has an extra a year of eligibility. Last class was his best signing class. It's not like we are a floundering program.

Is your most reasonable response yet. While I disagree with you at least I see your logic now. I think we’ve seen what we have for 13 years now. But at least this response shows reason over emotion. But yes Cobbox actually just said it was success.

Is going to the NCAAT less than 1/4 times winning?

No, no it’s not. And I feel this may be a personal attack. Thankfully I have thick skin. I doubt you do as you’re getting more emotional than logical now. Again, I feel sorry for you.

So you’re a fan of Clemson that hates Clemson fans and Clemson sports other than the one we’re the worst at? Pretty sure I’m right you only like basketball because it’s the only one you can afford good seats for.

But the question is now: what percentage of the time do we "look like a tournament team"?
