Isn't the ultimate goal to win the National Championship? I agree it's very unlikely this year, but wouldn't that punch our ticket to the ACCCG with the potential for an automatic bid to the playoffs?
Obviously best case is we beat the coots and Miami loses, but Santa only gave us two options.
It was just food for thought. Wondering if anyone would take the potential to wrap up this crazy season with an ACC title and a playoff run at the sacrifice of losing 1 game to the coots.

Good chance at a CFP bid if we win and extra rest for the team? Yup sign me up.
Even if we missed the CFP, beating Carolina would be waaaaaay more fun to head into the offseason than losing and dealing with a toss up ACC game with a gimpy squad.
