Personally, if that door wasn't already closed due to his past NCAA (and FBI) issues, this classless move to take the job at NC State now instead of waiting until McNeese State's season ended should close it now and in the future. You have players who looked to you and then on the big stage you turn your back on them. That is not the way to demonstrate the values you want to instil in players. He and NC State could have easily had an agreement in place and announced it after McNeese State's season ended, which I now hope even more is tomorrow and in blowout fashion.

(B) The point isn't about the coach making a change and getting a pay raise. The point is that the timing of announcing it is classless.

What does Wade get going public with this at this point? I agree its classless and I don't want him anywhere near the Clemson program.

I do hope that Vernon Hamilton gets that HC job at McNeese. That might be why that they already indicated Wade took the NC State job is that Vernon already on the staff is taking over. Still don't like how Wade handled that letting that out.

in terms of rumors and talk and such. I don't have any problem with him owning up to that instead of coachspeaking and BS'ing his players to try and cover it up. Let 'em enjoy knowing they have one last hurrah together. Why not.
