It would seem to me the longer they hold off on announcing the harder it is to hold together their recruiting classes. If it was going to be CBV, I’m relatively sure that they would have announced or at least leaked it by now.

But it seems pretty clear to me that they are waiting on someone from this weekend's games. Now they may offer and not work things out with that person, and then Brent may be their target, but for now it would appear (to me) that attention is elsewhere.
