When in war, a counter attack may save the day. In the Super Conference War going on, the ACC needs to offer Alabama and UGA $60 Million per year to come to the ACC and any current ACC team that finishes ahead of them in the conference standings $50 Million per year. Then, whatever is left over is split by the remaining teams. Imagine that, an incentive to get your gosh darn football teams up to a competitive level or get $10 million to $15 million check instead of a $50 million check.
After, about 2 years the rest of football will see how weak the SEC is without Bama and somewhat UGA and the ESPN TV money will be leaving the SEC and swing to the ACC.
Then the dog barked and I woke up.

I keep reading that the ACC needs to invite certain FB powers to the ACC. Well my opinion is that, any team that has seen how chity Clemson has been treated by the ACC for, for years, the ACC would be the last conference they should give any consideration to!!!

I'm for a new ACC. The American Coastal Conference. Atlantic and Pacific divisions. Go to 28 teams. 2 14 team divisions. Each team plays 7 from its division and 2 from the cross country division. Two division winners play for the Title. ACC and Pac 10 combine forces. Negotiate with NBC for TV rights to draw Notre Dame into the Atlantic division.

They had their chance when all this came about last summer. I refuse to pay these prices any longer and therefore have relinquished my iptay, tickets, parking, etc. I hope more people do this and leave them in a situation where it effects football to where it hurts the NFL too. Fu!! ESPN and the NCAA
