I'll bet you wiped your eyes a couple times too. You really do just swell with pride. As Coach said, it's hard. Miss St went to 17 before advancing to a Super. Just so special. Wish the whole team would be interviewed... Including players that don't play often. The pinch runners are just as important as the next player.
It would be a nice treat if each one that wanted to do an interview, do one. Cammy is so well spoken. All of them are.
They stuck around a long time signing autographs. This group sets the tone for national recruiting to explode. We took down a couple of blue blood programs. That trophy is really going to look nice.

Monte can get things turned around for the future. But, it sure seems like every year we are losing our best players for that year and have to start over again....

person. She lets her play on the field do the talking for her. Millie Thompson, on the other hand? She could easily be a color commentator when her playing days are through.

was classic.
Most of the questions were directed to Sam about her father and growing up a huge Clemson fan. Then they asked her about her speed and if she'd been timed in the forty; she said no. They then asked her if she'd been timed to first base and she said that she had and her time was 2.6 seconds. Without missing a beat Marissa jumped in and said "Me too, 2.6".
