I remebr when Al Groh joined the ACC, he talked about playing chess, while everyone else was playing checkers. But I imagine the first time a player shows up on his doorstep at 3:00 AM pleading with him to let him inside because the police were closing in, or 30 players fail a drug test and he has to scramble around the campus desperately looking for clean Urine, he will miss the advantages of coaching in the pros and realize he is in over his head. This kind of inexperience can sink a program, -See Mike Norvel, and potentiALLY set them back 5 years, much like Mack Brown has already done.
It will be interesting to watch him go down in flames, he really should have just retired. But then again, he probably saw coaching UNC much like being retired. -See Mack Borwn

Bill on the other hand let the cops run roughshod over his star player
Bill could have won 10 super bowls if he had his head screwed on right (instead of the embarrassingly low total of 6 that he actually won)
UNC is going to find this out the hard way. Or he’s going to do them a favor and take his clown show to the NFL (while his girlfriend finished up her classes at UNC)

I’m not an expert in these things but it looked to me like, after Tom Brady was gone, Belichick became just another coach.
