If the ACC commish could put together a deal including Michigan / Penn State / Notre Dame

Would that grab some attention?

Michigan was a charter member of the conference...

which dates back to 1896 although they left, for some reason, from 1908 to 1916, so there may be a chance.

I doubt OcryO State and Michigan State would mind being rid of them.

Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.

Those are pretty big rivalry games

They’d still want to play IMO

Perfectly happy.

They have a working VCR and a well worn tape of the Lloyd Carr highlight sitting in their Detroit apartment all winter. Sometimes they think of the Fab 5 too and get all misty eyed. Darn all those ACC basketball schools blocking their path to the title, they will get there, they will.... at least the daughter is doing good...

Having Michigan or Ohio St. in the ACC is as bad as Clemson to the SEC.

Considering B1G programs earn $20 Million more annually

roughly than ACC programs right now, any "deal" would pretty much have to include all of us giving up about 10% of our current media take to bridge the gap. That would grab some attention all right.

Why would these teams take a loss of $20-$25 mil annually?

Michigan is just fine in the B1G

They aren't going anywhere.

Neither is Ohio State or anyone else in the conference.
