How do you view each coaching position for Baseball?

Erik Bakich (Upgrade) - Should have a small-medium positive impact on coaching, but a bigger impact on recruiting.
Nick Schnabel (Upgrade) - National assistant Coach-of-the-Year (2019) - Should have his biggest impact on the recruiting trail.
Jimmy Belanger (BIG Upgrade) - Former pitching coach at FSU. Should have the biggest impact on pitching. He's built quite the reputation as a pitching coach so I think we'll see an impact on recruiting as well.

I’d prefer to view them from those fancy field level seats but am happy anywhere in sections G to I.
