To worrying about being bowl eligible in one season? Successful Dabo never had a play calling sheet in his hand. I guess all the references of being a CEO hurt his feelings.

Gradually is the correct assessment I think. The gradual slide on offense has been apparent for 3 years. It was just covered up by having the excessive talents of Lawrence and Etienne for the first 2. Even coaches can be lulled to sleep over being carried by a couple of exceptional key players.

Let's consider this season a good slap in the face and see what they do to fix it in the offseason. If Swinney can't figure this out I doubt anyone else is going to pay him Clemson level salary if he moves on.
