Completely agree, if they sent him an offer they wouldn't be waiting on him to make a decision. You have to be fast to get a to coach. I'm sure maybe they threw something out there but nothing concrete.

It takes more time on this deal. No AD has ever had to negotiate a package deal that includes compensation and perks for both a HC and a Get Back Coach. Patience, grasshopper.
