I'm not so sure that these NFL GM's and Coaches understand that the Bryce Young types are surrounded by the very best talent in College Football, and when they get to league, there are other teams with a much better supporting cast than the team who had the worst record, that's why they got first pick!!

Yes and everyone with a pulse knows that Carolina has absolutely nothing on their roster.
Young would do well to get traded. He is not ever going to do anything there. Not many would.
The bust was being picked by that inept franchise. Tepper has taken it down just about as far as it can go.

Dude the team is terrible. To lay it on the QB with that depleted roster is ridiculous. More problems than just the QB, and it starts with the idiot they have running the franchise into the ground.

Young is a shell of himself because of the environment. It's on par with what TL16 had to deal with his rookie year.
I'm not saying Young is a guaranteed all pro on another roster but this roster isn't built for his success. Dude is running for his life every game and simply put in bad positions (play calling and his own decision making playing hero ball).
Best thing he can hope for is Carolina deals him to another team for a fresh start on both sides.

Yeah that's where I messed up too. He was the 2nd overall pick from his draft behind Manning. However, he still has to be considered one of the worst high draft pick QBs ever.
