For some unknown reason, but there is a reason, UNC didn't have room for the #1 player. There is more to this story.

UNC did not have a place for him this year. He reclassified and will play this year for the coots. He is a one and done.

I'm sure he did but coaches cant comment on recruits until they are signed to their school. For you to even imply he didn't reveals much about your lack of insight here.

for a basketball recruit. They’ve got a brand new coach and Brownell is winningest coach in clemson history. And the kid wanted to play ACc.

My assumption is that we weren’t willing to pay as much. No other reason the kid would choose Scar over Clemson in basketball.
