Heading to NC State Saturday

I'm hoping to pick up some tickets from one of the tiger faithful and head up to the game on Saturday with my CU son graduating in December. Just curious what the atmosphere is like for a game there being the visiting team? Will Tigerband be there? Lower deck section 1 or upper deck sections 9 or 15? Any advice will be appreciated. Go Tigers!

Was at Willy B in 2019 for the beatdown. More curious where the best seats would be. Without a bunch of crap from the ncstate crowd.

You will not find ruder fans anywhere than you will in Carter-Finley. IF the Tigers pull this one out, the excuses will last for weeks. If the Tigers lose this game ...I feel sorry for you.

And they will stop by a Clemson tailgate win or lose. Only place i have been to for a noon game where a student wanted to start a fight with my wife.
For a few seconds anyway......
This game will end after dark. Be with friends when you leave the stadium

I’ve usually found them to be more cowardly.
Like they will throw stuff or yell something at you and then disappear into a crowd.
Or there’s the timeless tradition of vandalizing your car during the game…while you are, ya know, in the stadium actually watching the game.

Find out what the Clemson section is and get there! Safety in numbers.
I live in Raleigh, and two of my sons go to NCSU - love the engineering dept and school overall. But, I have to admit it is not a nice place for visitors.
Plus, the Pack is smelling blood and will be extra nasty.

avoid dark alleys and keep in a group at all times. wolfie fans spit and toss drinks at opposing players and fans so maybe consider bringing some rain gear.

Yep. A fan got killed in parking lot there several years ago. Don't linger in parking lots. The stadium will be sold out and it will be noisy and nasty for any CU fans.

LOL reading through all these posts, the OP is probably reconsidering!
Seriously, though, young kids will hear words you don't want them to hear if you walk in the wrong areas wearing orange. If you see a bunch of tents, that is the student/fraternity section - avoid this area.
