There’s the restaurant called Lexington BBQ that’s ok.

My go to is Little Richard’s. Clemons just off hwy.

Smokey Joe's in Lexington is or was pretty good too.
Agree, Little Richards in Clemmons or The Real Q in Winston ( about the same, but family split kinda deal separated them. I think Little Richards sells beer, Real Q does not. Flavor is about identical.)

Little Richards was our go to. Good BBQ.

Then the Satanic ritual murders started happening in Clemmons. Us Lewisvillians just refer to it as Sin City now.
