Has complacency set into this program?

You often see complacency set in large organizations when they begin to decline. Large salaries and staid organizations structures often inhibit change and innovation. I don’t know if this is happening with our program, just throwing the thesis out there to chew on….

I know I know, it could be tough to swallow, but I just wonder if it could be happening. When was the last time you have seen some REAL innovation in our offense? Don’t you think we have become so predictable that our ACC foes(and UGA) can effectively game plan against us?
