Got into my first car wreck last night as a driver. Wasn't my fault and the kid took full fault. No injuries thankfully outside my baby possibly being totaled. I keep thinking about it, I was deciding on possibly going to the gym after work and decided "No, I finally have power back on at the house. I'm going to go do some laundry and relax after a hectic weekend. Maybe even move some money around for paying student loans etc." Now, I get to move some money around to possibly get a new car. Lesson of the night/day for myself. Go to the gym and don't trust anybody that's turning left because they'll probably change their mind and turn right 3 lanes across. (Don't trust anyone on the road period)

Anyways, everyone have a wonderful day. I'm probably going to find the sloppiest pizza and eat my depression.

You probably won't get $3.5 million, but you might want to think about calling one of those ambulance chasers if you have any pain at all. Sometimes it takes a while for the shock to wear off before you realize you've been injured. Getting your car replaced should be the bare minimum for compensation if the other person was at fault. Your insurance is probably going to be more expensive now, even though you didn't do anything wrong.
