That pretty much describes most of his sophomore season. He’s right there with DJ on the disappointing 2nd season spectrum.

Something I’ve observed during his at bats is that he mostly takes the first pitch. That is usually the best pitch he gets in each at bat. Maybe he is being told to take the first pitch but dang I’d have to swing if I was standing in the box. A lot of those pitches end up being fastballs that he could probably hit. Again, not a coach just an observation.
