The spokesman for the WH said yesterday that we do not have a gas shortage. Just a supply issue. So therefore it is not an emergency situation. Nothing to see here, move along...... ??

That refers to the TV market.

And the Greenville TV market also includes Spartanburg, Asheville, and Anderson.

For discussions on gas, it would make more sense to use metropolitan statistical areas (MSAs). The Greenville-Spartanburg metro area is a metro area with > 1 million people but would not include Asheville.
