Myles Foster transfered from Illinois State. Played his first two years at Monmouth in NY. He had the reputation of being a physical guy with long arms who played bigger than his height that could shoot decent from about 12 14 feet because looks like now developed a 3 pt shot over the summer. Every game I saw tape where he played power conferences teams he had an edge that he could be a big-time contributer for a team in those leagues. Looks like this was a great get.

He was a fantastic pickup. He went for 20 points and 15 boards against Kentucky last year, you're right in that he always played up to elite competition.

Him adding the 3pt shot just adds another tool to his arsenal. He was 1-17 from 3 in his career prior to coming to Clemson and then went 2-2 the other night. He brings a physical edge, good defense, and elite rebounding for his size, so if he can pepper in a 3 here and there it will be huge for this team.
