Jake Haener is a warrior! He stood in the pocket and took a massive hit on a touchdown throw that put the Bulldogs up over the Bruins at the 2:56 mark of the 4th Quarter. That shot put him down and he can be seen grabbing/clutching his hip once he collects himself enough to hobble off the field (not just a limp off but one where it appeared that he may not be able to get off the field on his own). It had to deflating when UCLA scored the go-ahead TD two minutes later, with 55 seconds left in the game. However, this guy does a hair alignment with one quick stroke (brush) of his hand, puts his helmet on, and goes back to work - grasping that left hip as he trot-limped up to the line to make each play, as he willed his team to the game winning touchdown in 41seconds remaining.

He was painting those 15 - 25 yard throws to the sideline on his right. Both TDs and the throw to set up the last TD. That first TD was the most impressive, fwiw.
