Former Clemson standout nominated again for NFL HOF

Former standout defensive lineman Michael Dean Perry was again among the nominees for the next NFL Hall of Fame class.
The All-American standout for the Tigers was drafted in the second round of the 1988 NFL draft by the Cleveland Browns and went on to play 148 games with the Browns and then the Denver Broncos and Kansas City Chiefs, logging 127 starts with 13 forced fumbles, 61 sacks and 565 combined tackles.
Perry was has been listed in the nominees' group at least since 2018.
