Texas A&M paid to be rid of Bimbo Fisher. Question is, who are they going to target to replace him? It will HAVE to be a "splash" hire, they went supposedly "Up and Coming" with Napier, only to fail miserably.
Does Sankey allow SEC on SEC poaching when it comes to Head Coaches? If so, I could easily see Lame Kiffin winding up in the Swamp. He would actually fit nicely in a swamp.

Lane has that thing rolling. They have a Top 5 collective. He dips into the Portal just enough. Fanbase is happy w 8 wins. He’s doing better.
Florida has run off 3 coaches since Urban. Not sure if it’s a coaching issue or a culture is at UF. Something is amiss there.
Lane will not go near it.

like a UGa player/recruit goes thru dollar bills at the strip club. Kiffen has his own issues but I doubt he wants anything to do with Florida and the mess they've got going on down there. Needless to say, this will be Napier's last year in Gainesville. He's currently 1-2 and facing at least 6 more losses. Mississippi State, Kentucky, UCF and FSU may be the only possible wins left on the schedule and all of those are more likely toss-up games.

State of Fla produces lots of players. Plent of talent for the 3 big schools and others like us and the Big 10. Not be be lost is if you moved for the same big money that coaches make you'd get a big raise just having no state income tax

Kiffin to FL is what all the gator fans are clamoring for. (Note: If Norvell had gone to Bama, FSU was targeting Deboar and Kiffin.)
Kiffin's biggest obstacle may be that way back in his "wild oats" days he married John Reaves (former gator QB and legend) daughter. They later divorced. I don't know any of the details but some are saying no way would Kiffin be considered. (They are saying Reaves has enough friends who have influence to not allow it to happen.)
