Every year, we read that Venables has created a new scheme

for the players that he has yet our coaches on offense call the same old plays regardless of what their personnel is. They need to adapt the offense to help put the players in the best position to succeed. We don’t have the #1 pick in the draft to bail us out this year and Venables can’t do it all. Our defense was gassed from exhaustion and fatigue.

It looked to me that V held the dogs off quite a bit. There have been games where we blitz more than 1/3 of the time it sees. I wonder if he was playing conservative to prevent busts (since our o sucks and we'd never catch up). Seems that'd you'd go hard after a young, untried QB. Then we took all those injuries and I think his hands were tied.

Yep, he's gone after this year. He should get out while the gittin is good. This is a train wreck that won't get better for years to come. It's obviously not going to happen soon but this is the start of the chain of events that will get Dabo fired. He can't fix this and it's gonna get much worse.

Why are you calling them a coot?
They are stating the obvious....
Coach V did look frustrated on the sidelines ... Did you see his interview? It was an emotional one. He watched his guys play over 100 plays and were worn warriors getting injured!
An Anemic O-Line with it's coaching staff being busted week after week showing true colors!
AND NO ADJUSTMENTS!!!! NOTHING BUT EXCUSES AND SORRY ONES AT THAT!

Our O- Line needs a blood transfusion!!!
Someone needs to bring the paddles to give them a jolt because they are flat lining!!!
