Meanwhile the $EC has nine teams in the Top 25.
CBB should be able to win 15-16 conference games in this weak league.

That equates to 4-5 losses in the conference. That seems reasonable to me.

Voters got confused by football season still going on. Start off ranked and few losses don't count as much.

4th ranked preseason prediction in ACC should be ranked. Kenpom.com has them as 24th so that's a better matrix.
