Dylan Gardner...kid from Texas: My new favorite player

Jun 15, 2012, 9:08 AM

This kid is now my new favorite Tiger and he's still two years out from playing here. I don't know how many of you have ridden a bus a long distance but let me tell you, that kid has some serious commitment to Clemson. I've ridden one from the west to SC over 24 hours and let me tell you that is no joke. That kid has some serious desire to play here so congrats to him on getting the offer he has always wanted!!

violation?

Would be a nice well-deserved gesture for the young man.

Dawkins isn't technically associated with Clemson right?

So I don't see how that could be considered a violation especially since the kid has already committed to us.

It would be awesome to get Dawk on the staff in some capacity. Of course, there are so many great Tigers and retired NFLers that I'd love to have on staff. Only so many positions to go around, though.

No offense to cheese because I really like him but Id replace him this instant with dawkins if I could..lol...I think we need to find away to get him a job in the athletic department...kind of like jeff davis

I dont believe it would be. CJ was in contact with Kelly

a number of times during his recruitment and there were no problems with that. I would be surprised if Dawkins hasn't already been in contact with him.

I agree with you.

I am stoked about Nkemdiche, but what this guy did is really amazing, and he sounds like a great kid all around. I hope he breaks all of Dawkins' records.

With his determination I could see him breaking all records

of whatever position he plays here.
