The NFL/Goodell reportedly haven’t made a decision on DW to this point, and no reason to do so since he hasn’t attempted to play. However, if traded, they certainly would and why Miami and Carolina are hesitant to trade for him. If they gave their QB and multiple first round picks in a trade, the NFL would immediately put him on the exempt list.

DW ain’t playing this year. You wouldn’t buy a car that wouldn’t start, why trade for a QB and give up multiple draft picks for a QB that wouldn’t either? Agreed, Goodell and the “woke” NFL are a POS.
