Downloading GaTech tickets bought from Clemson

Help!! And I hate Ticketmaster second to StubHub! I paid my invoice on my new Clemson Ticketmaster account. But where are the tickets? Yes I downloaded the chic-fli-a kickoff app etc. there’s sits my 1 extra I bought for my nephew… but the 4 from Clemson are no where to be found and Clemson isn’t answering the phone!!! I sold extras on StubHub. So beware…. Clemson mobile tickets don’t have bar codes ( and no StubHub Clemson isn’t in the NFL and yes I know NFL Mobile tickets have bar codes) I am having to manually transfer tickets once StubHub gives me the buyers emails. Anyone else as frustrated as I am? And any help with Ga tech tix is really appreciated!

The email I received said the tickets would be available on August 11, if you have paid the invoice.

They sent an email last week that said, in part:

“If you have ordered and received tickets to the Clemson vs. Georgia Tech game in Atlanta on Monday, Sept. 5 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, your tickets will be available at the end of next week on the Peach Bowl app. Search for the Peach Bowl App in the Google Play Store & the App Store to make sure you’re ready for game day.”

Also, Clemson home game mobile tickets DO have a barcode.
