its current policies and procedures in light of our basketball performance under Brad Brownell?

At some point, we can't simply blame these middling seasons on injuries, facilities, funding, and fan support.

If it were up to me - which thankfully, it isn't - I would take a very close look at every aspect of our program: Starting with our head coach and then working to support staff, recruiting, practice routine, drills, weight room, recovery, nutrition, etc. Perhaps there are some answers there.

I think you are forgetting that both injuries were old high school injuries PJ played with until they caught up with him.

If one wanted to be a contrarian they could point out that the basketball staff should have been well aware of the injury and compensated accordingly in the best interest of the player’s health. They obviously did not.
