He’s a perfect example of why way too many 4 stars are given out. Should be a high 3 IMO. He cited a top 4 of Nebraska, Oregon, BC, and for theatrics Alabama.
What I mean by theatrics is he didn’t have a commitable offer from Bama and left Scar off on purpose. That bunch down in shitlumbia are desperate for publicity.
Mark it down if he has a great senior season and his stock rises, he will decommit.

Not real sure what is going on in a kids brain to even contemplate a commitment to SC. They are and have always been irrelevant to college football.
