Completely wrong. We played most of first half and third quarter with a single safety to add a man in the box. We blitzed often. Fourth quarter went. Two high safeties ( often called Tampa 2). We also pulled out of man and played more zone. They ran the ball better. Just not all worked.

I think we believed we could play press man and keep them in front. It failed badly. Guys did not jam hard enough and did not have the speed to recover.

Lol I agree with you but dang the freshmen sure looked like they could use some time in the weight room, they got bullied at the LoS.

Butt, it's a whole lot better to teach off bad film in a win than in a loss, I always say.
