but his only coaching experience was at Clemson as a graduate assistant until Jeff Scott hired him to coach the DL at USF.

Roger that! On the other hand, if he's had some decent experience and success in the role that he's being hired for at Clemson, then it should be less controversial...

Tyler Grisham is former 4* that played in the NFL and err body wants him fired.

Talent doesn't equate to coaching ability. If it did people like Dabo and Saban wouldn't be where they are
