A lot of truth to this. Outside Dabo polarizes people but internally he's well liked and that's all that matters.

Anyone who hates Dabo

...is generally a rotten human being, seriously.

They're usually the worst sort (denizens of the sewer) and are very unhappy. I'm betting he wears it like a badge of honor.

I do find it odd that so many articles are written about whether Dabo is "for real" or not. I suspect it's because people simply lack discernment and can't imagine he's not just like them.

Dabo is a polarizing figure? Why? Because he based his belief system in the Bible and does not back down to the crazies?

Some hate him because they are jealous of his success.
Some hate him because he does not cave to their degen beliefs.
Some hate him because they are afraid if the light he shines.

Almost none of the haters know him or are they people of good cheer.

What made Dabo the interim coach back THEN? The players liked him. Worked for me since I recall a similar episode with the players supporting Danny Ford.

Dabo was recommended to the AD to become the interim HC by Tommy Bowden. Evidently TB could see how special Dabo was at that time and what potential Dabo had. From there days at Bama and when Tommy was the HC at Clemson, TB knew Dabo could be successful if given the opportunity.

He’s genuine, positive, and has been extremely successful as a result of the above as well as a lot of hard work and determination.

While it’s true that he’s a likable fellow, there are many other more important traits that contribute to his success.
